I still can’t believe Summer will be over on Monday for our family. Charlie returns to school. I will have a 4th grader. Where did the Summer go? Before I know it, Charlie will be graduating from High School and leaving for college.
Easy Crockpot Meals for Busy Nights
To be able to spend time with Charlie once he goes back to school, I’ve been looking for quick and easy meals we can create for dinner. I begin browsing the Internet and I found recipes I can’t wait to prepare.
Including a recipe for Slow Cooker Meatloaf Recipe from Cincy Shopper. Neither David nor Charlie will eat Meatloaf with me. I usually don’t make Meatloaf but since I’ve been wanting Meatloaf, I think I will invite my sister over for dinner and make Meatloaf for us. Would you like to join us for dinner?
Inviting Debbie over will be nice because we haven’t seen each other all Summer. Having dinner will allow us to catch up with each other and Charlie can spend time with his aunt.

Crockpots meals are such a good idea for quick and easy dinners. I really hate cooking but this makes it so much easier. I am definitely going to try out some of the recipes you have listed.
