This Easy Cream Pie with Berries a No_Bake Pie is perfect for busy nights. The Pie can be made in advance and frozen for dessert on demand. The toppings can be adjusted to suit your moods and adapt to fit with seasonal fruits.
Living in Texas, having no bake dessert recipes is essential. I do not want to fire up my oven and heat the house up anymore than it is, especially in the midst of summer. But, my family likes a good dessert as much as anyone else. Today I am going to share one of our favorite easy no bake treats. Easy Cream Pie is beautiful when topped with fresh berries. Serve it frozen on a scorching hot day, or serve it thawed and chilled for a super creamy treat.
Ingredients
1 block of cream cheese, softened
A Tub of Cool Whip, thawed
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Graham Cracker Crust x 2
Sliced fresh berries
Directions
In a large bowl combine the cream cheese and cool whip, add in vanilla and blend until smooth.
Transfer the cream cheese and cool whip mixture to the graham cracker pie crusts.
Cover the pies and place in the freezer.
Remove the pie one hour before serving for a cool creamy treat. You can serve immediately from the freezer, or allow it to thaw in the fridge for up to 8 hours.
Before serving sprinkle sliced assorted berries on the top. You can also drizzle on chocolate, spoon on fruit jam, or serve plain for an easy cream pie.
