I’m a day late with this post because we were out of town last night. Then a new friend tagged me and asked me where my post was. I would like to let you know this made me feel good because someone was looking for my post.
I would like to ask you to check out Morgan Hickey on Facebook and ask her about her website. Then take the time to visit her site and then come back and let me know what you liked about her website.
In the meantime today’s prompts ask us the following question: Do you have a favorite number? A lucky number perhaps? What is it and why? If so come and share it with us.
As for me as we were traveling yesterday, I kept racking my brain trying to figure out if I had a lucky number and there are lots of numbers I associate with things, and I use them for specific reasons.
I finally concluded that no I don’t have a favorite number. Although I do have numbers etched in my brain that will live there forever for one reason or another.
Like 5/8/88 the day my daughter was born or 11/28/2004 they day she passed away, and the day the world stopped turning for a while. As it took all, I could do to keep living.
On 12/16/2007 the day my son was born. Or even the day David and I were married which was 5/20/2007 so yes, I have a lot of days I like, and to me, each of them is my lucky days.
None of them stand out more than the others. So today my question is if you have a lucky number has it helped you in any way? Because if it has, then I might need to find myself one and soon.

Thanks for sharing your numbers with us Glenda!
Good day!
Gaétane
Your welcome have a blessed day.
Okay, Ms. Glenda-I read your first paragraph and burst out in tears. I decided to quit last night, being bit by the “it doesn’t matter” bug. But then, just for kicks, I decided to write one more post. It’s hard to keep going, feeling confused on the purpose. Whatever the purpose of completing the UBC has been for you, your support in reading my posts was a big reason I didn’t quit last night. At the very least, the cool thing is that you have random people, who you didn’t know 14 days ago reading what you wrote. How awesome is that??
I couldn’t come up with a favorite number yesterday, either. But reading your post, I decided it is the number 2. The number 2 is significat because I primarily work with toddlers and two year olds are most of my best friends. Have a blessed day 🙂
Aww I love 2 years old and I am jealous as I don’t have any that age around me. Although as of last night we have a new grandson and in the blink of a eye he will be 2. As time flies by. I am so glad I helped you write one more post and I Pray that you find comfort and what God wants you to do. As I would hate knowing you quit as I love your blog and following what you write. So Please if for no, other reason keep writing as I feel like I have found a new friend and I can always use more friends. As I can learn from you.
I’ve always been fond of 6. Part of my Grandma’s birthday and the month I got married and also my daughter’s birth month, too.
My condolences on the loss of your daughter.
6 is a cool number. I like the way it look 6. Lots of great memories associated with 6 for you so I can understand why you picked it.
Hi again, Glenda. I do not have a lucky number but I like the number 7. Honestly, I cannot remember why it became a favorite number. All I know is I grew fond of the number when I was still in elementary. 🙂
Like you, I remember every birth date of everybody in the household.
I wish hubby could as he drives me up the wall asking when something is and if I write it down he doesn’t look at it. As for 7 I like it to. As there are 7 days in the week.
