I thought I would share a new toy that could be called a office distraction which is Desktop Soccer: Goal! (RP Minis) which I received in exchange for this review.
I remember when I was in school, and we would make footballs out of paper and play for hours with our friends. Before you ask yes, Charlie and I’ve played Football and Quarter basketball alone and with David. Who hates us playing because most of the time we decide to play in a restaurant and if we choose to blow the paper off a straw or spitballs things going awry and end up flying through the air and yes, we’ve hit people in the past.
,David doesn’t have to worry because Desktop Soccer: Goal! is in a small box that would fit inside our bags or even in our pocket and we wouldn’t make messes or hit people while playing. I love how they included the field for us to play on. Charlie being someone that likes to think outside the box like I do says the field could also be used for basketball, football and baseball.
For those of us that aren’t familiar with soccer they included a handbook that tells us how to play along with the history of Soccer which we can use to study in our Homeschool PE Class. David and Charlie say they know everything they need to know because Charlie played soccer when he was smaller, and David coached and played soccer in high school.
The handbook goes over what we should do to begin playing as well as setting goals. They share soccer players with us which we can study in our Homeschool pE Class and they even included Soccer trivia and Jokes which we can share with our friends and family. Or Charlie can put on a Comedy show in his Homeschool Drama class for us.
There is goals you have to assembles and its why Desktop Soccer: Goal! is recommended for 7-year-olds and up and there is small pieces that will need to kept away from pets. Two pair of Tennis Shoes in different colors so you know who is playing on which side of the field. I know Charlie will take the blues shoes and I will get the yellow ones.
Be careful the shoes even have cleats on them, but they will not hurt you. The shoes are made from rubber and are soft and you can bend them. Last but not least in the soccer ball that is the perfect size to know the goals down with. It is made of rubber, and it isn’t too hard. i know it will last a long time and can be used for other things.
