Dental Care Should Be Part Of Establishing A Back To School Routine

This is a review for Jefferson Dental and I received the following items for my family A Year of Dental Care Kit consisting of a year’s worth of flosstoothbrushes, tongue scrapers and toothpaste for adults and kids, along with a bedtime story and sandwich boxes in exchange for sharing this infographic with my readers.

If your like I am then you are probably thinking the same thing around this time? How can it possibly be “BACK TO SCHOOL TIME” time again? Charlie returns to school at the end of August. I am both sad and excited for Charlie. I know he needs to go to school and will have a lot of fun. Although I will miss him and I just want to keep him at home forever although that isn’t possible.

Now, I am not sure about you but I have started working on a back to school routine and everyone including moms, struggle with more rigid schedules, earlier bedtimes, healthier lunches, and keeping a healthy dental routine. I can tell you firsthand I have set rules such as a earlier bedtime although I haven’t enforced the new bedtime and I know I need to soon. Or Charlie will not want to get up for school as he will not have enough rest.

In honor of the back to school season, Jefferson Dental has put together an Infographic on How to Establish a Back to School Routine to prevent tooth decay, the #1 childhood chronic disease in America.  I am excited to share the infographic with my friends and family because if your children are like Charlie they hate brushing their teeth. I plan on printing out the infographic and hanging it on the mirror to remind Charlie what he should do each morning before school.
