December 26th was National Thank You Note Day #NationalThankYouNoteDay. With all the Gifts we received for #Christmas we need to spend time writing out thank you notes for them. Which if we had still been #Homeschooling could have been a lesson in #spelling and handwriting. Charlie could have even practiced his cursive writing which he needs to learn.
Don’t get me wrong Christmas isn’t the only time we should write thank you notes they should be done anytime we receive a Gift or someone does something for us. It’s never to late to get started sharing love through thank you notes so if you will excuse me I am off to write a few this evening.
if you didn’t think thank you note exist these days think again… December 26 is National Thank You Note Day. Put your phone down, dust off your stationary, and get to writing. There is no official known reason to as why National Thank You Note Day was created, but we have a feeling it has to do with the many presents people may have received on December 25th.

Why People Love National Thank You Note Day
- In a time when technology drives our daily lives, its nice to put down our computers, grab a pen and paper, and write a personalized thank you note. Scribbly penmanship acceptable, but not encouraged.
- Whether you are on the receiving end or the one writing thank you notes are a unique way of giving thanks to someone for something that they have done whether it was a gift received, an uplifting conversation had, or simply being who they are. Thank you notes make everyone feel loved.
- Texts, emails, and emojis have the same design and lack the personal touch that is embodied in our unique handwriting. Writing thank you notes provides an opportunity to practice our cursive, which will improve with the more notes you write.
Thank you,
