This is a review for the children’s book Dear Mrs. President published by Ana Maria Medici which I received in exchange for this review.
I really enjoyed the plot of Dear Mrs. President. I let Charlie read the book and he also enjoyed the story line. As Charlie was reading the book I found words we can use in spelling.
Dear Mrs. President brought up questions which Charlie and I were able to discuss leading to new things for us to study in our Homeschool Classroom. We found new art projects through the book.
I can see not only children of all ages enjoying Dear Mrs. President but adults as well. I believe this book should be in all public libraries along with school libraries.
In Dear Mrs. President, a child’s letter to the first female President of the United States, becomes a symbol of hope and a touching tribute to all female leaders, everywhere. With no ambition too high, and no goal too large, Dear Mrs. President encourages kids to reach further, and dream greater.
Ana Maria Medici is a children’s book author and former early childhood educator. Her books prioritize lessons of empowerment, persistence, empathy, and service to one’s community.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
