Live Long and Prosper Day is always March 26 which is also my father’s Birthday and my dad did live long and prosper thanks to the Lord. Making this the perfect way to celebrate my dad.

This saying is derived from the ancient Vulcan blessing : “May you live long and prosper”. Live Long and Prosper Day celebrates Spock, and his many Vulcan sayings.
I would like to share ways you can “Live long and prosper” in your life with those you love? Live Long and Prosper Day encourages us to think about this particular saying, and how we can make our lives happier, healthier, and more prosperous.
Matt McCarthy, created the Holiday, and he encourages us to focus upon ways to live longer and to prosper. McCarthy suggest we accomplish this through: better food and diet, exercise, reading, relaxation, saving money, and volunteering.
