Credit Card Reduction Day

Experts offer tips on paying debt on Credit Card Reduction Day

I’m proud to say David and I don’t use Credit Cards if we don’t have the money to purchase something we don’t buy it. Although, at times it would have been nice to have a Credit Card for Emergencies. Do you use Credit Cards and do you want your children to or not?

Fragrance Day– is always March 21

Happy Fragrance Day - Beauty Packaging

Fragrance Day is a great smelling day. Did you know that the olfactory nerves in your nose, will enjoy the aroma of this special day. Women in particular, will enjoy Fragrance Day because they just love perfumes. Men, you’ve gotta admit that your gal’s perfume attracts you to her.

Did you know perfumes have been in use for hundreds of years. In ancient times, they were used to hide body odors. Baths were infrequent. After a few days, things began to smell less than ideal.

Fragrances (perfumes) played an important role in making the atmosphere easier to tolerate. Now, the daily shower eliminates bad odors. But, we still like the smell of perfume.

Favorite Fragrance Day Movie: Scent of a Woman

Scent of a Woman
Product Description
Al Pacino won his first “Best Actor” Oscar for his brilliant portrayal of an overbearing, blind retired Lieutenant Colonel who hires a young guardian (Chris O’Donnell), to assist him. It’s a heart-wrenching and heartwarming tale of opposites attracting when they embark on a wild weekend trip that will change the lives of both men forever.

Hoo-ah! After seven Oscar nominations for his outstanding work in films such as The Godfather, Serpico, and Dog Day Afternoon, it’s ironic that Al Pacino finally won the Oscar for his grandstanding lead performance in this 1992 crowd pleaser.

As the blind, blunt, and ultimately benevolent retired Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade, Pacino is both hammy and compelling, simultaneously subtle and grandly over-the-top when defending his new assistant and prep school student Charlie (Chris O’Donnell) at a disciplinary hearing.

While the subplot involving Charlie’s prep-school crisis plays like a sequel to Dead Poets Society, Pacino’s adventurous escapades in New York City provide comic relief, rich character development, and a memorable supporting role for Gabrielle Anwar as the young woman who accepts the colonel’s invitation to dance the tango.

Scent of a Woman is a remake of the 1972 Italian film Profumo di donna. In addition to Pacino’s award, the picture garnered Oscar nominations for director Martin Brest and for screenwriter Bo Goldman. –Jeff Shannon

Celebrate today by buying some perfume or cologne for yourself, or purchase some to gift for someone. Don’t do like Charlie and put to much Perfume on use the right amount otherwise it becomes overpowering making people sneeze.

For school this morning Charlie is checking out room deodorizers, and replacing them with a new fragrance. You might want to do the same throughout your home.
