This week David was kind enough to pick up a new computer and cell phone for me. As this would allow me to stay up to date with all the work I need to do on the blog. Also, the new computer and cell phone will help me progress to the next level of blogging and not cause me to be stressed out all the time as the items I had hadn’t been working correctly.
As soon as David brought the new cell phone and computer into our home, I knew I would need to download Virus protection. With all the different brands on the market, I wasn’t sure which one I should download, and I didn’t want to mess up my computer. So I decided to take a chance and not put Virus protection on the new machine.
I let David know what I had decided, and since then anytime Charlie or I have been on the computer David has been asking are you sure you shouldn’t download one? Or let’s call David my nephew who is a computer programmer and see what he says you should get. Or let’s go to Best Buy and ask them which one you need before the computer and cell phone gets messed up.
I must admit David was right and I did need Virus protection and the sooner, the better although I didn’t want to admit this to David. Because once he finds out, he was right it would go to his head, and there wouldn’t be any living with David. Or Charlie who would tell me over and over and over that his dad was right.
When I was going through emails, I received one from Best Buy or Wolf Bloggers, and they were looking for reviews on CUJO a smart firewall for the home which would allow me to protect all of our electronic devices using just one method. When we use CUJO, it gives us business-level security to our home network.
I let David know what CUJO was all we needed to do was to hook it up to our WiFi router and I knew it would be something David would want to put together as soon as possible. The other day we got out CUJO to hook up to our Router when my Router went out, and now we are waiting for a new one delivered before we can use this new product.
While we were waiting I took CUJO down to show my mother in law who runs a business from her home and we discussed all the features and both my mother and father in law would like to get CUJO for there home and also for David’s Aunt and Uncle for Christmas as both of them own there own businesses as well because it would keep all of our computers and cell phones safe.
While I was in Charlie’s school the other day I mentioned CUJO to Charlie’s principal and I told him how it detects and blocks malicious sites, viruses, and hacks and he wants to order one for each of the computers in the school. Because the children use the computers and CUJO l would let us control what our kids access online and keep them safe.
For me, two of the most important reasons I am excited about CUJO is that is is lightening fast and will protect my child when I am not around. When using CUJO, I will be able to set time limits and also be able to monitor the sites he visits.
