The color of the Day Challenge June 19th- Emerald. Having Emerald as the color of the day was easy for me. Emerald is Suzzie’s Birthstone. I just wish I had the ring my mom purchased for Suzzie for her 16th Birthday to share with you. But I don’t it got lost in one of our moves.
For Christmas this year I’m going to ask for Wedding Rings and also a Mother’s Day ring . I don’t have either ring. I’m not sure David will buy either but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
Here is a ring I found with both Suzzie and Charlie’s Birthstone. I don’t like the shape of the stone in this ring. Do you? I would would prefer a Heart shaped stone. What about you?
Inside the ring is two different stones. Before you ask why stones. The Emerald is for Suzzane who was born in May. Along with Blue Ropaz because Charlie was born in December.
Did you know December has four Birthstones. They’re Blue Topaz, Turquoise, Zircon and Tanzanite? Blue Topaz is my favorite color for December. This is the Birth I chose to celebrate Charlie’s life.

Charlie and I plan on printing ours out and turning them into coloring books to give out at Christmas. We will be purchasing crayons to go with each book.
