I have been trying to get Charlie to check out new books to help him with his reading. The other day when I was in Walmart I picked up Class Pets Fuzzy’s Great Escape for Charlie.
I chose this new children’s book because of the animals on the cover. I knew they would catch Charlie’s attention. There was a Lizard which David and Charlie would like to have.
A Rabbit for me and also a Beach Ball which I could see Charlie playing with. Along with a Guinea Pig which was one of the pets I had as a child. Now, Charlie would like to have a Guinea Pig .
With the dogs we have I don’t think getting any of these animals is wise but it doesn’t mean we can’t read books about the pets and the antics they might get into.
Charlie sat down to look through the book and before I knew what was happening Charlie and I was hooked and didn’t want to put the book down. We both wanted to see what happened.
Class Pets Fuzzy’a Great Escape
Fuzzy is the ambitious and unfortunately named guinea pig of class 5B. He has big plans for this year — namely, to be president of the Class Pets Club. Then the cutest, most charming new bunny shows up and spins Fuzzy’s plan like a hamster wheel. There’s only one way to topple the adorable new club president: Fuzzy is taking the pets on a field trip!
