I wanted to share another of our favorite Malls located in #DFW which you will find full of Christmas Events in DFW: North Park Mall. Here is where my family goes to see The Trains at NorthPark. If you’ve never been you must go and remember to take any #train lovers you know.
The Trains at NorthPark benefiting Ronald McDonald House of Dallas has been a NorthPark Center tradition for more than 25 years. The most elaborate miniature toy trains exhibit in Texas, The Trains at NorthPark features more than 600 trains rolling along 1,600 feet of track on a journey across America. This year’s exhibit showcases new elements, including a display made entirely out of LEGO bricks.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for children, and $5 for seniors. Children under the age of 2 receive free admission.

LEGO Build Event: Mr. CataClaws
The LEGO Group is engaged in the development of children’s creativity through playing and learning. Based on the world-famous LEGO brick, the company today provides toys, experiences, and teaching materials for children in more than 130 countries. The LEGO brick is their most important product. They are proud to have been named the Toy of the Century twice. LEGO products have undergone extensive development over the years, but the foundation remains the traditional LEGO brick. The brick in its present form was launched in 1958. The interlocking principle with its tubes makes it unique, and offers unlimited building possibilities. It’s just a matter of getting the imagination going and letting a wealth of creative ideas emerge through play.
The name ‘LEGO’ is an abbreviation of the two Danish words “leg godt”, meaning “play well”. It’s their name and it’s their ideal. The LEGO Group was founded in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen. The company has passed from father to son and is now owned by Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, a grandchild of the founder. It has come a long way over the past almost 80 years—from a small carpenters workshop to a modern, global enterprise that is now, in terms of sales, the world’s fourth-largest manufacturer of toys.
