Charlie and I may walk over to Broadway tomorrow for Christmas on Broadway. As it isn’t that far that we shouldn’t be able to make it. Especially if we leave a hour to a hour and half early. Plus there is plenty of places we can stop at along the way.
So with David working is there anyone close to this that would like to come out with us? As it should be a lot of fun for adults as well as children. Plus it is something I have been doing for years and years. So why stop now?
Tomorrow at 3 PM – 6 PM
Where can you find a petting zoo, horse-drawn carriage rides, awesome inflatables, face painting, a trackless train, balloon artists, children’s crafts, games and cookie decorating, local holiday entertainment and Santa and Mrs. Claus all for free? At Haltom city’s annual Christmas on Broadway of course!
Bring your family and friends to this year’s annual Christmas on Broadway holiday special event on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Haltom Recreation Center and Broadway Park (4839 Broadway Ave.). It will be a fun-filled afternoon for everyone to celebrate the holiday season and we will end the event with the Christmas tree lighting by Santa and Mrs. Claus. There will also be concessions available for sale.
Admission to Christmas on Broadway is free but we ask you to please bring a donation with you to support our special community groups that give your donations right back to Haltom City families in need.
NEED of Tarrant County will be collecting non-perishable foods and canned goods. Giving Christmas will be collecting a new, unwrapped toy and holiday wrapping paper. Bring new or gently used winter coats and clothing in all sizes to BISD Clothes Connection.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
