Charlie and I’ve researched new Music Performers in Charlie’s classroom. I would like to introduce you to Cherish Lee a singer I hadn’t heard of before a press release arrived.
As soon as I saw the title of Cherish Lee song I knew I would like to listen to her music and see if I liked the song or not. This was Cherish Lee Debut Single and the song is called Tequila Cowgirl.
I love Tequila and songs about Tequila always intrigue me. I sat down and played the song and I fell in love with the song and Cherish Lee. I loved how Cherish Lee included JESUS in Tequila Cowgirl .
The video of Tequila Cowgirl captured my eye and I fell in love with her dogs. I would like to have the dogs as well as the pickup truck Cherish Lee was driving in the music video.
Nashville Elite Celebrate With Her at Third and Lindsey Release Show Thursday night
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (February 23, 2018) – Billboard Country Artist To Watch, Cherish Lee, debuted her album, Tequila Cowgirl, to a packed audience in Nashville on Thursday night.
Nashville Country Club and Nashville Noise debuted songs from the album. Fans can listen to the music on Spotify and Apple Music and purchase the album on iTunes.
Cherish Lee was introduced onstage by actress and childhood friend, Kaitlin Doubleday, star of the show Nashville and Empire.
Tequila Cowgirl was the perfect introduction to Lee and her classic country sound with a rock ‘n roll edge. After all, “This Ain’t Your Grandma’s Country Song.”
The debut album is now days away from its release and can best be described as honest storytelling. Lee doesn’t pretend to have it all together (you’ll notice that in “Diamonds and Flaws”) and she’s unapologetic-ally herself.
She co-wrote all of the song’s tracks, making this debut truly her own story.” – Coti Howell, Nashville Noise
Music industry VIP guests, media, and her fans enjoyed a private tasting of award-winning G4 Tequila as they raised a glass to celebrate the release of Tequila Cowgirl by Cherish Lee.
During the performance of “Wyatt’s Song,” a surprise appearance by the Tennessee Titans cheerleaders dancing and sprinkling confetti throughout the venue brought a unique element of fun to the celebration. Fellow Billboard Country Artist to Watch, Lewis Brice joined her on the duet “One Pillow Over” and Rion Paige performed a stunning opening set.
“What a mind-blowing and insanely magical night! So much was put into this project and to stand on that stage, bare my soul and watch everyone take the journey with me completely filled my heart,” said Cherish Lee. “So thankful for everyone who was a part of bringing this to life! Special thanks to G4 Tequila for putting on a bad ass party!”

About Cherish Lee
Cherish Lee, daughter of Johnny Lee (country music legend, Urban Cowboy’s “Lookin’ For Love”) and Charlene Tilton (television sexpot vixen, Lucy Ewing on hit TV show, “DALLAS”) is no stranger to the country music scene.
After spending a few years on the road touring with her dad, she moved to Nashville and has been making waves ever since. She quickly gained her own recognition as a singer and songwriter, and was recently named among Billboard’s “15 Country Artists To Watch In 2018.”
Last October, Lee released the first single from her record titled “Tequila Cowgirl,” along with her music video debut. It’s honest music that tells a story, and Lee’s voice conveys it beautifully, with all the attitude that her fans have come to expect from her.
You can follow Cherish on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter,
I have a fun tidbit to share with you about Cherish Lee she is the daughter of one of my favorite country music artist and my teen heartthrob. I was in love with Johnny Lee as a teen and I still am.
As well as a fan of her mom who played on my favorite show Dallas. I never missed an episode of Dallas and would watch Dallas with my grandmother.
