Cup Stacking

Charlie loves Cup Stacking and last year when Charlie was in regular school we bought him a set of Cup Stacking cups. The other day Charlie went and got the cups out of his room to practice with.

Charlie begin to play with the cups one or two of them cracked.  I told Charlie I wasn’t going to replace the cups because he should have taken better care of the set he had. Charlie says his coach from school will replace the cups for him.

I’m honestly not sure the couch will do that so I need to have Charlie take the cups to the school so he can see if the coach will do that for him. If not then I need to look into a new set of cups for Charlie because they do help with his focus.

Aas I was going through emails I came upon one from Clickschooling for Speed Stacks. Once again God was answering Prayers I wasn’t sure I needed answered. He is telling me I should purchase a new set up cups for Charlie.

With both Christmas and Charlies birthday right around the corner it seems we may be purchasing Charlie a set of cups for Charlie to practice his cup stacking with.

Cup Stacking (also known as Sport Stacking and Speed Stacking) is an amazing sport of fitness, agility, concentration and quickness.

Essentially, cup stackers take matching cups of any shape or size, and stack them in pyramids and then unstack them at an unusually high rate of speed.

At this website you can explore this craze and watch cup stacking tutorial videos. Learn how to speed stack – a fun sporting idea that can be done indoors or outdoors to satisfy that P.E. requirement.

When you get to the site you’ll see the introduction video and 7 other “How To” training or rules videos you can watch for free.

This is a commercial site that sells stacking cups, mats, and various other paraphernalia – but you don’t have to buy a thing to watch the tutorials.

If your kids think this looks like fun, a set of stacking cups may make great stocking stuffers!

If your children do not have cups to stack with you can purchase them at the Speed Stack Store or also on Amazon. Now let me warn you before you go look at the cups that  they’re not cheap but its a activity a lot of schools do, just think of it as a Educational Expense.
