I was preparing for school next year I was going through supplies we already have in our home that I wouldn’t need to purchase. Two products I have is Legos, and Lincoln Logs. Charlie has and hasn’t been playing with and as I was looking through these items I remembered I also had a product called Brackitz Driver Set I had set aside for Charlie for Christmas which I was sent a set to review but the thoughts in the review are all mine and my families no, one else.
I had David look at The Brackitz Driver Set with me and I let him know Brackitz! concept is for Unleashing Creative Power to Play, Learn, and Grow! Then I let Charlie see the set and Charlie and I talked about The Brackitz Driver Set and how we can use this in our Homeschooling classroom. I let Charlie know The Brackitz Driver Set would be perfect for Science as we could time how fast the car we build runs.
I also let David know with The Brackitz Driver Set Charlie would be able to create ten different machines which could lead to a Lesson Plan/ Unit Studies on Transportation or Machines. Once we finish playing with this new set Charlie would have to count the pieces to make sure he had them all when he is storing The Brackitz Driver Set which would be our math class.
When Charlie, David and I are building different machines, Charlie can read the instructions which would be a reading class for Charlie. If Charlie wanted to, he could write a story about the items he builds which is Handwriting and Language Arts. Along with an Art class if he takes the time to draw the machines Charlie builds.
The Brackitz Driver Set will be excellent in helping Charlie learn to focus and sit still as well as to pay attention when someone is talking to Charlie. Charlie and I can discuss the different shapes the parts come in as well as all the different colors. Another feature my family enjoyed is knowing we can purchase other The Brackitz Driver Set and they will work together allowing mix-n-match play for boys and girls.
I like knowing the set is for children 4 and up as this means I would be able to purchase a couple of The Brackitz Driver Set for my niece and nephew for Christmas. As well as a couple more The Brackitz Driver Set for Charlie and his best friends. I believe The Brackitz Driver Set will get the kids off Electronics and allow them to use their imagination.
I looked through The Brackitz Driver Set website I noticed that there was one where we can create Dinosaurs, and this would be perfect to use in our Lesson Plan/ Unit Study where Charlie wants to learn more about Dinosaurs. Or I could purchase Brackitz Bugz Playpark 47 Piece Set to use in our Bug Lesson Plan/ Unit Studies.
