From the cover of the book I wasn’t sure I would enjoy reading Confessions of a Stranger but once I opened the book and began to read the first chapter I was drawn into the Faith of the women. Seeing her on the run and saving a boy makes you pause and remember there is good people in the world.
Then there is a romance which everyone of us needs in our lives. I love how this is a 2-part series, but you can read the books as a standalone and not feel like you’ve missed anything. Through the story I could see a lot of my family and friends and ended up wishing I lived during her time period.
