Blogging from A to Z APRIL 2016 Challenge Letter W

In the Blogging From A to Z 2016 Challenge Letter  W would be easy for me. So I ended up having trouble  sleeping last night. Because I knew  I wanted to share with you in today’s challenge and it is  “WAGONS” . Because Charlie has always loved having a wagon and hauling his cars and trucks around in it. As well as any animals we might have at the time he had a wagon.  Also Charlie enjoys riding in the wagon with me pushing him especially through the Zoo. Because just like his sister Suzzane the zoo is Charlie’s favorite place to visit in the world. As well as  mine and my Uncle Chucks and and even David enjoys visiting different Zoos in different States.

I thought I would share 2 real quick stories with you about Suzzane and my Nephew David. These stories take place when Suzzane was 4 and my nephew was a baby.  When David was a  a infant and  we were was busy Suzzane  would go outside and put the wagon up against the stairs and put blankets inside it. Suzzane  would come inside and get David and carry him down the stairs and lay David inside the wagon. Once she had David settled she would  take him up and down the sidewalk for a walk. I loved how careful she was as she never hurt either of them.  I think because of Suzzane doing this with David  is why they were so close. As well as  why David misses Suzzane more than I do although I don’t think that is true as I am Suzzane’s mom. Although I know this is why David and I are so close still to this day.

The second story I would like to share with you about wagons is when Suzzane was still small and would fit inside the wagon with David. My sister and I lived right down the street from a Shopping Center which had a Sears and a grocery store in it. We used to put the blankets and toys and the kids inside  the wagon and head off to the Shopping Center just to look around and I sure miss those times. Now you know it is why my sister and Suzzane and I are  so close. As well as why wagons are such a huge part of my life.

For Charlies second Birthday his grandmother bought him a wagon and we used to do the same thing with it load. Only it was David and I who would put Charlie inside the wagon  and head out to the store or the park so he could play. I just wish I still had the wagon as I could use it to decorate our yard with. Or Charlie and I could walk to the grocery store and bring the groceries back. Because even though Charlie is 9 we would still use the wagon a lot as we have Nieces and Nephews we could take for rides in our wagon. Since neither  niece or  nephew have a wagon I think it is time to purchase a new wagon for them  so when they visit Charlie we can pull them down to the park.

Here’s a treat for your little ones to color in…a REALLY Old Fashioned Covered Wagon!
