Have you even seen someone so intense when spraying the pan with Pam they will be using to bake a cake in? If not, then you haven’t seen Charlie when he is baking a cake.
Although not that Leslie and her family have moved in Charlie has stopped going down there. Which I hate because my mom is gone and Charlie isn’t able to make memories like this with her or my dad who lives out of State.
I’m hopping with Charlie going into 6th grade that Leslie and Toby move into there own home. This way Charlie will start spending more time with his grandmother and is able to create memories because one day she may not be here.
Now, I know Cake Batter isn’t supposed to be healthy for us to eat. But it sure does taste good and as a child I always liked the pans and Charlie and also when she was here so did Suzzane and it hasn’t hurt any of us yet and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Finally the cake is done and it’s time to Ice the Cake. You can tell Charlie is my child because we have Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Icing. What else would you want?
Charlie did a fantastic job it was so moist and had just the right amount of Icing. Granny had to have us bring the cake home because it was so good she was afraid she would have eaten all of the cake by herself.
Being a Diabetic that wouldn’t have been healthy and not knowing when Granpa was coming home or if she would have someone visit we brought the cake home.
Now, before you ask me yes, I did eat the Cake and I must tell you it was delicious and no, it isn’t on my diet. But it isn’t often we make desserts and with Charlie making the cake I wanted to show Charlie I enjoyed his cooking.
