This morning I sat Baby Basics: My Cuddly Bunny A Soft Cloth Book on my desk and went to work. Charlie walked by and picked up the Rabbit which being a kid Charlie didn’t pay close enough attention to Charlie said why is there a Bear on your desk. I said it’s not a Bear its a Rabbit you need to look closer. Charlie did and said on, I see the ears it is a Rabbit but why is it blue. Which I couldn’t answer. Can you?
Charlie asked if he could take it out of the bag and I said yes. I didn’t tell Charlie this was a book because I wanted Charlie to find out on his own. I wish you could have seen his face when he untied the ribbon and saw the writing and illustration inside the book. Charlie sat down with his dog Bear and read the story to him.
Charlie loved the story and how soft the Bear was and his dog bear kept trying to get the Rabbit because she thought it was a toy. Charlie let me know Baby Basics: My Cuddly Bunny A Soft Cloth Book is the perfect gift for my nephew Joe who is going to turn 3 soon with his sister and twin Alexanderia.
