When we went to the Majestic Theater to see Jack and the Beanstalk we didn’t know it was also Art Week in Mansfield. Or after the play the kids would be able to paint.
Jack and the Beanstalk finished they asked us to go outback where the kids could participate in Arts & Crafts. It has been raining but it cleared up so we all the children could paint.
I was surprised to find lights and electronic products for the kids to paint. They were given cans Spray Paint to use which none of the kids had ever used.
Lily had a problem getting her can to spray but with Charlie’s help she was able to pain a light and so did Jason. Charlie painted a DVD player red. On the way home they kids asked if we could get Spray Paint for them.
I told Charlie once he finished his club house I would buy him Spray Paint. Charlie could decorate the club house and even write his and B’s name on the outside.
Being able to paint mean Charlie was able to do a Art class for Homeschooling even though we was out and about. Which is why Homeschooling leads to new adventures.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
