April 1st was no joke for me!! But I did get in my 10,000 steps though it almost killed me. And I was still up walking at 10 pm. I did it, and I felt good getting in those steps. And I was even on the Treadmill twice yesterday for 30 minutes each time. And then I went outside last night and walked around our neighborhood. And David went with me and walked with me. Which was nice as Charlie stayed home and it gave David and I some time alone which we do not get too much of as someone is always with David and me.
We went out to dinner at Ginger Browns, and I had a Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, And Pickled Beets. And a Roll with a Glass of Sweet Tea David ordered me. But before we ate I drank a glass of water throughout dinner, I drank water. And I couldn’t even eat half of my FOOD!!
So later that night I ate the rest of my mill and then I walked some more in the house to make sure I passed my 10,000 steps. And I slept like a log as I was tired. And I got up way early this morning. And have been working off and on.
And I did not have any Candy or Dessert of any kind. And Ginger Brown’s gives us Cinnamon Rolls with our food. And usually, I sneak a bite and this time I didn’t, and I didn’t even want a snack. I also told David to leave them on the table, but he brought them home, and today we will give them to a friend. So I am not tempted to eat them.
And as for the water, I found I need to drink seven bottles of water, and I feel short on that as I drank about six bottles. But I did try, and that was better than none. And none is what I used to drink as I hated water. But I am finding now I do not mind it. And I ask for it more and more. And for me, that is a huge thing.
Today is Saturday, and both David and Charlie are here. And I am not sure if I will be able to meet the Goals I set for myself, but I am going to try. And I am off now to get a bottle of water. And I am going to at least one event today, and that will allow me to walk some. And I will be putting fliers out for Haltom Highs Craft Fair, and I am attending a local Craft Fair so I should get in plenty of walking even if I do not understand in my 10,000 steps.
Tomorrow is Housecleaning day, and from all, I want to get done in the house I should be able to get in my 10,000 steps without a problem, and if not I still have the Treadmill, I can use or my bike. Or if it is pretty, we can go outside and walk. There is the park at the end of my street I can go down and walk around when I have time.
