I wish I could tell you I stayed on my #diet and that I’ve lost some of the weight I wanted and needed to lose. But like a lot of people I didn’t follow through on my #NewYearsresolutions and that isn’t anyone’s fault but mine.

With February coming to a end and Spring upon us there is no, reason I can’t get back to my #diet. It’s going to be pretty outside and I need to make it a point to walk 2ce a day for 30 minutes at a time. That is only a hour a day.

If I would remember to keep my phone on me at all times until I’m able to get a new Fitbit. My fitbit isn’t working right I would be able to surpass the hour I want to walk everyday and even have done stairs by the end of the day just from checking on Charlie throughout the day.

I know I have Slimfast and Hydroxycut I didn’t finish using. I just want to add Beets to my diet along with Cooconut Water and Apple Cider Vinegar to help not only with y weight loss but my blodd pressure which I believe is out of whack.

I can’t wait to ask David if I can order the Apple Cider Vinegar to have them on March 1st. The only thing I’m not sure with this is it’s Gummies and usually I don’t care for Gummies and it has Ginger in them which I hope isn’t overpowering and I hope the Ginger doesn’t upset my stomach.
