American Legion Post #516 is where God lead me yesterday. David, Charlie and I went to visit another American Legion Post. This American Legion Postis located at 6801 Manhattan Blvd Fort Worth, Texas 76120.
The tagline for this American Legion is it’s “The Friendliest Post in Texas” and after visiting American Legion Post #516 twice in the past month I agree with this saying. Everyone was just so friendly they blew me away.
As we walked around the Car Show they was hosting I found fliers for several events this American Legion Post #516 is hosting. As I was taking pictures a gentleman started talking to me and he took me to meet a lady named Michelle.
Now, I know after speaking to Michelle a bit that going to the CAR SHOW was Gods plan because we will be hosting a Craft Fair for American Legion Post #516 to help them raise money to replace there bar stools.
Last night as I was watching a movie my phone rang. The American Legion Post #516 Commanders wife Cindy called to ask me if we would be able to meet this week to discuss helping them with a car show. After discussing times and days we finally decided to meet on Wednesday to discuss setting up a Craft Fair.
Once again I wanted to remind you to never be afraid to talk to people and let them know what you do because this can lead you to new and different business opportunities. All you have to do is to think outside the box.
Which I must tell you isn’t the easiest thing to do and sometimes it can lead you to trouble but it can still be fun as long as you keep a open mine and Pray before going into any new situations.
