I am back with a review for a new book called Acts of Kindness written by Rhonda Sciortino which I was able to read on Thanksgiving when we were driving up to my dads, and I am dying to share my thoughts with you. Although, I have decided to wait until after Christmas when I give my copy of Acts of Kindness to David and Charlie to read as I want to see what they think of the new novel and if they will do some of the acts with me because I believe this new novel will bring us closer together.

I wanted to update my post this morning as I hadn’t shared our thoughts with you since I read Acts of Kindness, during Thanksgiving. Charlie says Acts of Kindness, is the perfect book to motivate people to get up and be kinder and to do things for strangers even if it is just saying hello while standing in line at a grocery store.
David says he would like to purchase copies of Acts of Kindness, to give to our family members to remind them that it doesn’t take a lot of time or effort to be kind to someone. Including people, you might not get along. David says he loves the size of the book as it would fit inside Christmas Stockings we will be filling this year.
For me, Acts of Kindness reminded me to not only be kind to everyone but to also be helpful to ourselves and not to judge others because we might not know what they are going through or had been going through and they might need a hug. I love knowing this new book would ft into my purse so I could share it with everyone I love when I am out and about.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
