A Woman’s Guide to Inner Child Healing: Overcome Trauma, Recognize Your Feelings, Learn to Let the Past Go, and Become the Best Version of Yourself By Gloria Zhang

The Mommies Reviews

#Sponosred I would like to share a women’s self-help workbook I received in exchange for this review. The novel is called A Woman’s Guide to Inner Child Healing: Overcome Trauma, Recognize Your Feelings, Learn to Let the Past Go, and Become the Best Version of Yourself by Gloria Zhang (Author) which I received a copy of in exchange for this review. Inside this post is my affiliate links. If you click on the links and you make a purchase I will make a small percentage off the items you purchase.

My best friend and I both dealt with childhood tragedy in different forms but reading this book helped me to discover what I went through and how to help myself as well as how to help my friend. Even though she is going to therapy now I plan on purchasing a copy of the book for her to work through as well and to share the Podcast with her that I plan on having Charlie listen to with me.

Because I am not a perfect parent and I now I’ve made a lot of mistakes raising Charlie and I want to help Charlie deal with these things before he gets married and brings them into his marriage and hurts his children. I love how the Author created a list of things we will need when using the book including a sparkly pen which I can’t wait to take Charlie to purchase.

While in the store we will also look for a notebook or journal to use with this book and I can’t wait to share the book with David and I plan on purchasing a pen and notebook for him as well because he has a lot he needs to deal with as a parent and his children he doesn’t see and I hope this book will be able to help David and his children re-build there relationships.

Don’t forget your favorite Tea when working through the book which for me is Lipton’s Ice Tea made Sweet but David and Charlie will want a Dr. Pepper and that is okay. Our favorite blanket which mine is on the couch and Charlie can bring his gaming blanket downstairs and David will not want a blanket. How about you? Pixie Dust if you can find some and your favorite snack. My family is going to make Popcorn and each of us will get a Chocolate Candy Bar. Should we get you one as well?

Before you ask what else is in the novel I’m not going to tell you because you need to purchase A Woman’s Guide to Inner Child Healing: Overcome Trauma, Recognize Your Feelings, Learn to Let the Past Go, and Become the Best Version of Yourself not only for yourself but anyone who has dealt with these issuses and yes, I know the book says women but men can benefit from this novel just as much as women can.
