Shh!!! I have a secret, and it is hard to have a mystery when your family is with you. But something I knew was happening has happened. Even though I always said no, I do not need them, and no, I am not going to get them. I am getting glasses; I am okay with it.
I know I am getting older and I am just “Blessed” to be here with Charlie and David. If glasses are the worse thing that can happen to me, then I am just fine with it. Besides Charlie has to wear glasses at all times now and if he can, I can as well.
My mom and grandmother had glasses, and they didn’t bother them. As well as my dad and David even got reading glasses. Then when Suzzane was here, she also had to have eyeglasses and if she did and they didn’t bother her. Then I can get some glasses as well.
What David doesn’t know and I refuse to tell him told I could need Bifocals although that was where I drew the line. I knew they would make me more uncomfortable. So I ended up getting two pairs of glasses. Ones for distance and ones for when I am on the computer. I am not sure I will use them, but David says I am going to so we shall see.
In the meantime, I can’t wait for my eyeglasses to arrive as I want to see how they look on me and if I can understand better and if they help stop the headaches I have been having. If I expect Charlie to wear his glasses, then I know I need to as well.

Let me tell you the technicians in America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses was making sure everyone trained and that they got everything you needed promptly. They helped us pick out the right glasses for our family, and they explained things to us in a manner that I could understand. They even took the time to ask Charlie if he had questions and to address his concerns about himself and me as well.
I would like to let you know that America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses are running a special which is two pairs of eyeglasses for $69 and a free eye exam. I did plenty of searching online, and Americas Best Eyeglasses & Contacts had the best sale on trust me I searched because I didn’t want to spend money on glasses even though I knew it was time.
After visiting America’s Best Eyeglasses & Contacts in Lake Worth yesterday, it is the only place I will ever go to to get glasses. David has agreed with me about getting glasses for him, and Charlie other than the one pair Charlie wants at Walmarts. But that was a promise I made him a month ago and feel I need to honor.
When we go back to America’s Best Contact & Eyeglasses to pick up our glasses in 7 to 10 days David and I will be looking into getting some Sunglasses. As David needs a pair for work and he found a couple he loved yesterday. So if he doesn’t get them for himself, I can for our anniversary.
