The Mommies Reviews

Welcome to the Ultimate Blog Challenge January 20th, 2023 Day 20 #UBC . Finally we are into the home stretch and for the first time in a long long time I’ve been able to stay caught up. Except the past two days as we had events and Homeschool which kept me busier than I thought I would be. Which is okay as it means I was up and moving.

In this morning’s prompt we were asked to share our two cents which we all have. As I sat down to right this post I wasn’t sure what I wanted to share. Then when I was on Facebook a friend mentioned Covid and I know everyone has there thoughts sharing weather Covid is real or not. As much as I would like to believe it isn’t.

Many of our friends and family have gotten Covid including David. Not only that some people like my sister has had Covid multiple times including now for her third time. Through the LORD Charlie and I’ve been able to stay well and I can never thank the LORD enough for that. But I am scared we could get it any time.

As much as I hate mask and I’m not sure they really help or not I see people still wearing them and when I hear Covid is back on the rise I begin to wonder if we should be using them again. If so I will need to pick up new mask for us because we threw all of ours away when we moved. Now its hard to find mask even though a year ago they were everywhere we went.

My question for you is to mask or not to mask and why.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates

  1. We live in a tourist area and when a holiday comes around, masks are back in force as a precaution since so many people come from all around. Still need them in health related facilities. Rather be safe than sorry.

    1. Wow! What state are you in? We have a limited amount of medical facilites that require them here. I think it’s a good idea to keep that in place but we don’t have any mandates going on other than that. Definitely still have lots of mask wearing folks though. Definitely good to be safe!
