Lord help me because today is 1st day of Age Disruptors Perimenopause-Menopause Support & Solutions Challenge.16 days of walking. Which I can do. But the goal is to get in 7500 Steps. Can I do this with my knee I honestly don’t know. Will the challenge help me lose weight I don’t know. Will I be able to get a friend or friends to join me in the challenge I don’t know. All I know is I need to do this challenge for myself.
I’m tired of laying on the couch all day and not doing anything. I did weigh yesterday at @Walmart and I don’t know if there scale is right or not. But it showed I’ve lost 15 pounds. For most people that wouldn’t be a lot. For me its huge and even if it isn’t true I am proud of myself for weighing and seeing how much I had gained or lost.
I walked for 30 minutes at Walmart with my sister Deborah Kay Ice and my son Charlie. Who can use the exercise at part of his homeschool PE. We came home and I walked half way around my complex with my sister before she went home. David called and we went back to Walmart and I walked another 30 minutes because we also stopped at the Dollar Tree.
By now you would have thought I had all my steps in but no, so I came home and walked half way around the complex with David. Then I went out on my own and walked around our building. Which put me at 6379 on steps and it is 6:30 and were supposed to log our steps in by 8pm. Am I going to make it only the LORD knows and even if I don’t I know I did my best and there is always tomorrow.
As for water I drink 33.8 ounces of water twice today which isn’t half of my weight which is what I’ve been told I should drink on a daily basis. But it is more than I’ve been drinking and tomorrow I will see if I can up it until I get to were I need to be each day. I am proud of myself as I’ve always made plans for tomorrow and how I can get my steps in and I know I can and will through the support of the Lord and my family.
