Twenty years ago, a series of tragic events almost ripped the blue-collar town of Millwood apart. Now, in the present day, a group of disparate teen girls — a brand-new set of Little Liars — find themselves tormented by an unknown Assailant and made to pay for the secret sin their parents committed two decades ago…as well as their own. In the dark, coming-of-age horror-tinged drama, we find ourselves miles away from Rosewood, but within the existing Pretty Little Liars universe — in a brand-new town, with a new generation of Little Liars.
Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin is the fourth television series in the Pretty Little Liars franchise, which is set within the same continuity as the previous series. Our DVD arrived the other day for Pretty Little Liars which I had sitting on my desk. David came in and saw the DVD and asked me what it was because he couldn’t read the title. I told David and he said is this a movie you would watch? I told Daid the truth I wasn’t sure but Charlie and I had thought about watching it.
David went on upstairs to bed. I popped the
David went on upstairs to bed. I decided to see if I could find Pretty Little Liars on tv which is on HBO Max and Charlie also reminded me we what find the show on YouTube. I let Charlie know I would look but was going to make some Popcorn. While in the kitchen I heard the TV come on. Charlie began watching Pretty Little Liars.
We decided it was a Mystery full of suspense and not a show I would watch at night, or I wouldn’t sleep at all ever. Charlie liked all the mystery surrounding their friends’ disappearance and he can’t wait to share the DVD with David. We enjoyed the actors acting and how they all seemed like the best of friends. Text from A kept us on the edge of our seat at all times.
Charlie was surprised to find the story was supposed to have taken place over 20 years ago which is before Charlie was born. The crime was down by the girls parent’s showing us that parents aren’t always the best people. Charlie and I would watch this show with David in the future. As well as share it with anyone who likes dark coming of age drama,
I was amazed Charlie, and I didn’t recognize any of the Authors, but we did like there acting style and would like to find out if they’ve been in other shows/ movies as we would like to see more of their Acting. Giving Charlie a new lesson in his Homeschool Drama Class as he can look up all the actresses and find new shows for us to watch as a family.
