Good morning, how are you? I wanted to share our series featuring Food Holidays: September 2022: National Chicken Month. I don’t know about you but I love Chicken. Just last night we had Fried Chicken for dinner. Later this month we will have Chicken and Rice and Chicken Salad. Would you like to join us for dinner?

Look around America Chicken’s everywhere! Whether the Chicken is broiled, baked, fried or floating in Soup, we can’t seem to get enough. In fact, Smithsonian magazine recently called Chicken “the ubiquitous food of our era, crossing multiple cultural boundaries with ease.” Still, we don’t often stop to appreciate Chicken a protein source. This September, get ready to celebrate National Chicken Month and spend time discovering the past, present, and future of Chicken.
