I’ve been trying to drink at least half my weight in Water. With walking and watching what I eat and when. The hardest part of losing weight is drinking water. Before Charlie was born you wouldn’t have seen me drinking water ever. My go to drink back then was Dr. Pepper and Sweet Tea the sweeter the better.

In the past two years I’ve been drinking more water and some day’s no Soda or Tea at all. When I have it’s just one glass a day instead of several. I am very proud of me because since having Charlie I knew I needed to change and its why water because a part of my life. Which the doctor let me know I needed to drink. Here is a fun fact for you. I the last 6 months I’ve tripled the amount of water I drink each day. Can I tell if it’s helping me lose the weight I want to lose no, I can’t. But I do feel better and to me that deserves a pat on the back, doesn’t it?

Last week I’ve found it becoming harder to drink Water because I’m getting tired of the taste of plain Water. I knew I needed to find something new to drink. Or I needed something to add to my Water.

I’m excited to try out EXPLORE 5-pack which offers us 5 different flavors to try out. Being from 100% Organic Fruits and Botanicals means this is a health beverage no, matter how I drink it. The different packages of EXPLORE for me is in a nice cold bottle of Water. I like how Explore helps support balance and wellness. Which is good for my family because none of us eat the way we should even though we know better.

The first flavor I tried was Bloom Cherry and Goji Berry. Not knowing what Goji Berry is I wasn’t sure if I would like this flavor or not. I did and the Cherry wasn’t to tart and neither Fruit overpowered the other but complimented each other. David and Charlie also liked this flavor a lot.

Glow Raspberry and Papaya is the flavor package David grabbed. I asked David and Charlie if they would like to try a new drink with me. David said he picked Glow Raspberry and Papaya because of the Raspberry. I was glad David did because the taste was so good. Charlie and I tried this flavor out as well. We thought it was okay and would drink it in the future.

Harmony Apple and Pomegranate is what Charlie asked to try. Charlie choose it because of the Apple Juice. Charlie said the Apple and Pomegranate reminded Charlie of the Fruit Punch we drink. Charlie tasted this drink Charlie said he liked the flavor a lot and wouldn’t mind having this package in the future. I tried this package as well. I liked the Apple Flavor. While David said was okay but he liked the Glow Raspberry and Papaya more.

I knew without a doubt David would also want to try out Shine Pineapple and Lemon because Pineapple is one of David’s favorite fruits. David likes adding Lemon to his drinks. As soon as David finished mixing the beverage David took a swallow.

I could tell David liked it a lot. I’m surprised David left Charlie and I a swallow. David did and this flavor was ok. I liked the Pineapple but I don’t care for Lemon. I’m not sure I would drink this in the future but Charlie says he would especially on a hot day after playing Basketball which would be refreshing.

The last flavor we had to try was Thrive Elderberry and Grape I was going to keep this one for myself because I know Elderberry helps with our Immune Systems. Grape is one of my favorite flavors in the beverages I drink. After trying Thrive Elderberry and Grape I knew this was my favorite. Even though I didn’t want to share I did. Charlie said Elderberry and Grape was his second favorite. Charlie let me know this flavor would be good added to a Snow cone. David also said he liked the taste of Grape and wouldn’t mind having this flavor again.
