A quarter cup of softened Butter, a quarter cup of White Sugar, and a half tablespoonful of ground Cinnamon. This Pastry is also celebrated because of the nutritional value of Cinnamon, featuring Fiber, Mn, Fe, and Ca minerals.

- The traditional Cinnamon Roll does not have Icing on the top. The Norwegian Cinnamon Rolls have a sprinkle of normal Granulated Sugar on top of the Pastry while the Swedish Cinnamon Rools have the lovely largely granulated Sugar Crystals called Pearl Sugar.
