I remember when Suzzane was little when my Income Taxes would arrive, I would always find one special place to take her that I couldn’t afford other times throughout the year. One year it was Disney on Ice so we could see Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. Then the next year I took Suzzie to see Sesame Street.
Then one day thanks to a carless driver Suzzane was gone. Knowing I wasn’t supposed to ever have another child I thought the opportunity to attend events like these were gone. Unless I went on my one or took a friends’ child. Which wasn’t the same as having a child of my own.
Once again, the Lord new my needs before I did and low and behold, I had Charlie. When Charlie was two I decided I wanted to take him to see Sesame Street Live, but David wasn’t making enough money for us to purchase 3 tickets to the event.
Then again, our Income Tax came in and David surprised Charlie and I with Tickets and we had the best time ever. Charlie is 14 no and too big to go see Sesame Street Live: Let’s Party! Along with my nieces and nephews but it’s okay because that doesn’t keep me from wanting to attend the event one more time just for memories sake.
Now, I know I will not be able to go this year but there is always next year for me but if you haven’t made plans then you should check out Sesame Street Live: Let’s Party! and if you do go and they had Snuffalumpus please bring him home for me.
