This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is Comunidad-Book.jpg

Charlie has been asking to learn Spanish for as long as I can remember. This morning I sat down with Charlie to look through IMI Comunidad! My Community which is written in Spanish and English. Seeing the words together Charlie was able to learn a little bit of Spanish.

As well as more about Community Workers we encounter every day leading to new lessons in our Homeschool Classes. Charlie and I discussed the pictures and picked out place to go on Field Trips for were we will be able to thank Community Workers in person.

Charlie used the drawings for Art Class and sat down and wrote letters and drew pictures for our Postman and Trashmen and baked them cookies to thank them for there hard work which he wouldn’t have done without reading IMI Comunidad! My Community which has been a true blessing to my family.

There is definitions of Community Workers and what they do in the back of the book which Charlie and I can use for Spelling and a QR Code that will take us to a song we can use for our Homeschool Music Class. As well as tips for parents.
