Homeschool Resource education.com

Holiday Gift Guide

With Valentines right around the corner, I have been working on items to bring Valentines into our studies. Today I would like to share with you another Homeschool Resource education.com.  On this new website, you will find games worksheets, activities and lesson plans all in one place.

education.com is for Preschool through Fifth grade, and it offers the following subjects Math, Reading, Writing, ESL, Social Studies and also Science. For my family, this saves me time as I can just go to education.com and type in what I plan on teaching that week and it will pull up items I can use in our Homeschool.

This week we will be studying Valentines, and I wanted to share with you some of the items we found on education.com to use. Before I share them with you, I wanted to remind you they are for 2nd graders. But you might be able to modify them for your students. As I will be doing for Charlie, who is in fourth grade.

The first resource Charlie and I will be using from education.com is Valentines Day Reading and Writing Worksheets. I like that there are enough items in this set to give us something fun to do each day of the week. Which will allow Charlie to use this new resource for reading and writing and that he can do them while I am busy working on items I need to do.

Another feature I would like to share with you about education.com is they offer three different subscription plans. Once you pick the subscription plan, you want it will allow you to have complete access to education.com. I will be joining as I know education.com will save me time and help me make sure Charlie is ready for fifth grade as we will be doing things he struggled with in third and fourth grade. If there are items I do not know how to teach I can find search for them on here and Charlie, and I can learn these items together. education.com will stop me from worrying about the subjects I do not know how to teach.

Giving parents and teachers the tools and inspiration they need to help their kids succeed in and out of the classroom.
