Over the past year, we’ve all been stuck inside our homes looking at the projects we need to finish around the house. You’ve probably heard your mom ie teacher talk about the School Room or kitchen table she dreads looking at and nags about updating or fixing.
In Homeschooling we can teach what we want or our children are interested in. In our home instead of giving our principal a hideous polka-dot tie or coffee mug that talks school, Charlie and I are giving him David aka the principal something to keep him busy. Which will let David finish the projects the Charlie and I need done in our classroom.
Watching Handyman shows to give me idea son ways to remodel our home I knew I wanted Floating Shelves in the kitchen on both sides of the sink and in the Dinning Room.
Not being one to ask if something can be done or not off I went to Lowes. I purchased the Floating Shelves I liked while I waited for Hairpin Shelf Brackets (Sold as Pair) to arrive.
Once they got here I handed David the shelves and brackets and asked David to hang them for me. What I didn’t know was living in a Trailer and walls will not hold the brackets.
Man on man was I mad because I had spent all the money and the shelves and Hairpin Shelf Brackets would go to waste. Then I thought about what I should do and I PRAYED.
As I did a sense of peace came over me and I knew what I needed to do with my shelves and Hairpin Shelf Brackets. My mother in law is always complaining there isn’t enough shelf space in her kitchen.
Granny Sherry has a Galley style kitchen. With her always doing nice things for Charlie and I. I plan on taking my Shelves and Hairpin Shelf Brackets down to her home.
Charlie and I will figure out how to hang them in her Dinning Room so she can display her collectibles she likes to collect. Hopefully the men will step up and help Charlie and I but if not we will watch YouTube commercials and hang them ourselves.
By doing this for Granny Sherry it will work as a Homeschooling class for Charlie. Who will be helping to hang the shelves measuring and cutting. As well as reading.
Not only that but I bet Charlie and I end up painting Sherry’s kitchen because I know once Charlie gets started he will want to paint the dinning room which is Art Class allowing us to remodel our home.
