Are you and your readers looking for fun and easy things to do with your family during Summer vacation? If so, I would like to ask you to check out a new website called Dancing Panda.
Here is small blurb about Dancing Panda from the creator Deborah Lee the Founder and CEO of Dancing Panda an education technology startup.
Dancing Panda sends parents weekly text messages with easy, fun, and educational games and activities families can do together. These activities can be done in 5 min or less, with little-to-no materials.
Dancing Panda is perfect for families with young elementary school children, who are looking for things to do during dinner, long car rides, and when your just hanging out, spending time together.
I would like to invite you to check out a sample activity here. Before you ask is this just for Summer no, this can be done year round and even incorporated into a Homeschooling Families Lesson Plans.
A bit about Deborah Lee- she has been working in US K12 education for the last ten years in a wide variety of roles. For example, she was the school operations leader of an elementary school in East Harlem.
Deborah Lee worked at a venture-backed edtech startup called Newsela, and completed her Masters in Education Leadership. Don’t forget to check out her linkedin profile as well.
Sometimes GOD brings someone into your life and your not sure why. This is the way with Deborah Lee and Dancing Panda. Deborah has the same name as my sister and its spelled the same way.
Then her middle name is the same as mine but I spell mine Lea and David’s is Lee spelled just like hers. Then looking and learning about Dancing Panda I knew this would be the perfect Gift for my mother in law because she keeps my niece Payton during the Summer and is always looking for something for them to do.
Not, only that I plan on getting Dancing Panda for my niece Lily and during the Summer her brother Jason can help her do the activities which will get them off there tablets for a bit. Thank the LORD….
As well as signing up for Dancing Panda to be sent to my home then when my nieces and nephews are visiting we will have a activity Charlie can do with them.
I can almost Promise you when they arrive Charlie will even find activities he wouldn’t mind doing which we can add to our #FamilyGameNight keeping Charlie off the Electronics even longer.
There are two versions of Dancing Panda free or paid
Soon there may be other Grades so don’t forget to sign up so you will be notified of when they launch.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
