This morning in HomeschoolingWithBoardGames: Clack! Games is what Charlie will be using which will teach Charlie Building Skills and patience. You have to stack the disk and keep the disk from falling over.

The Magnets Clack as you stack the Yellow stars! Red lightning bolts! and Blue footprints . . . Where are they? Spread out the magnetic discs, roll the dice, and scramble to match the picture and the color.

Make a match, then grab a disc, and use its magnetic clack to build a stack. Keeping score is easy—just line up the stacks to see whose tower is tallest. Come play with Charlie and I.

Math: How many disk are there? Subtract 5 disk, subtract 10 disk, multiply the disk by 20, 100 and Divide the disk by 16 and make up 5 of your own Math problems.

Reading:

Set the Game up and read the instructions to the players. Then ask them questions to make sure they understood what you said. Then have then ask you questions so we know what you read.

Look up the shapes on the Dice and write the definition in your reading journal.

Art Class: Use the symbols on the dice and create a picture using the shapes and write out a description of what you drew.

Drama Class:

Act out what happened in the Game and make sure you describe what your acting out.

Music Class:

Create a Jingle or Song about the Game and perform the song before you begin playing the Game.

Cooking Class:

Create a snack based on the Game to serve before you begin playing the game.
