Day 25 Self Love Challenge
Journal Prompt- What is your favorite nighttime routine?
I used to shut take a relaxing bath at 9 pm. Get out of the bath and grab a small snack and a bottle of water and then crawl into the bed as David would be watching TV.
There wouldn’t be any noise on and I would open my favorite novel and lose myself inside a book for at least 30 minutes. David’s hours have changed and I have gotten hooked on late night TV.
I plan on changing that the first of June when I will spend from 8 to 8:30 outside walking, riding my bike or playing Basketball with Charlie. At 9 I am coming in to grab a bath.
Then I will get a small snack my water and head to my couch were my book will be sitting and I plan on reading for at least 30 minutes. I will be in bed by 10.
No, TV on just the quiet and even if I do not go to sleep I am not turning a light of TV on. I am just going to spend time with the Lord and reflecting on my day.
This will help get Charlie and David back on a schedule and we all will be in bed at a decent time and get the rest we need. We will not become tired during the day and need naps.
I will be able to finish all of the goals I set for myself during the day and be able to lose the weight I need to lose. As I will not be snacking all the time which is unhealthy.
