This is a review for Mr. B’s Great Adventures: Head in the Arizona Clouds, the first in the Mr. B’s Great Adventures children’s book series. I was sent a copy in exchange for this review and the thoughts in the review are mine and my families.
Mr. B’s Great Adventures: Head in the Arizona Clouds focuses on adventures found in our backyard while we’re still staying at home, due to Covid-19 I thought you might be interested in purchasing a new book for your children.
In the novel Mr. B, partners up with his good friend Mr. Helicopter to fly the skies of Arizona, where they take in the breathtaking views of Mountain tops, yellow Deserts, and gorgeous Wildflowers. Through these colorful and vivid illustrations by acclaimed artist Nancy Troupe, children experience the beauty of the world from a new and exciting view.
Charlie learned about different sites he could see if he visited Arizona and new words he didn’t know which we will be using for our Spelling List this week.
Charlie even found a lot of new buildings, planes and Helicopters he plans on turning into a Art project this week. With us starting a study on the States we will be using Mr. B.’s Great Adventures Head In The Arizona Clouds when we learn about Arizona.
With Summer here it would be nice to take a Road Trip and see some of the items we learned about in person. Until David is back at work full time all trips are on hold.
Through books Mr. B.’s Great Adventures Head In The Arizona Clouds we can travel and imagine we were there in person. I can’t wait to research Arizona with Charlie and if possible even ask the Author if he has been here and what his favorite food and spot to see was.
The Author uses his own experiences and examples from his travels around the world as an aerial photographer, to encourage readers to appreciate adventures big and small.
Mr. B.’s Great Adventures Head In The Arizona Cloud is more than a series, Mr. B’s Great Adventures is a inspirational lifestyle. Teaching young ones life lessons like having a positive mindset, making connections with our community, and creating s family bonds in any home.
I’m sure once you read Mr. B.’s Great Adventures Head In The Arizona Cloud will make you think of Mr. Rogers and Captain Kangaroo. Mr. B can serves as a voice of encouragement for children.
I asked Charlie what he learned and he said to never stop dreaming. Charlie liked the power of positive thinking used in Mr. B.’s Great Adventures Head In The Arizona Cloud and how Mr. B.’s Great Adventures Head In The Arizona Cloud doesn’t talk down to children but takes the time to teach them.

Have you ever had your head in clouds and seen the world as if you were a bird? Perhaps you’ve looked out the window of an airplane and stared at the world below you. Or, maybe you’ve hiked to the top of a tall mountain and stopped to look around.
For over twenty years, debut children’s picture book author, Mike Brown (Mr. B) has routinely had his head in the clouds, while taking photos from a helicopter, as an aerial photographer. He has been on thousands of photo flights, and to this day, there’s not been one where he hasn’t found himself in awe of the beauty below him.

He’s fluttered over fields of wildflowers that are so vibrant they look like a water-color painting – and hovered over Saguaros so mighty and tall they look like toy soldiers marching up a mountain.
