How are you? Before we dive into my work this morning I would like to ask you to help me wish my sister Debbie a Happy Birthday this morning.
Now, I would like to welcome you to Day 4- Self Love Challenge. Can you believe its the 4th day of May? Before we know it May will be over and we will be facing Summer.
I don’t know about you but I can’t wait. I am so ready to go swimming. The only problem is with Covid-19 the pools may not open at all this Summer and this makes me so sad.
Instead of getting depressed I have joined the Self Love Challenge to help keep my mind off the things going around and I hope you will join me as well.
Journal Prompt- List 3 ways you can you love yourself more
Here is mine:
1. I can eat healthier and Exercise more and not Snack all the time so I can lose the weight I need to lose.
2. Spend one on one time with David and Charlie doing things they enjoy and get to know them better which will share there feelings about what is happening now and hopefully cut down on the STRESS I have been feeling and help me feel better.
3. Go get me new socks and shoes made for walking so my feet and legs will not hurt all the time.
