April 18th National Animal Crackers Day remember the little red boxes these came in as children? Have you seen the movie Animal Crackers?
April 19 National Rice Ball Day I’ve never had one of these have you? But my nephew David would make a Mashed Potato and Rice Ball when we would eat at Golden Corral and no, I didn’t try it but my mom did.
April 20th National Pineapple Upside-down Cake Day this is one of mine and David’s favorite cakes. My mom likes it as well. Have you tried the Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory?
April 21st April 21 National Chocolate-Covered Cashews Day Yummy!! Only I prefer Pecans or Almonds. How about you?
April 22nd April 22 National Jelly Bean Day – Do you like Jelly Beans? I don’t but my grandparents did and they liked the black Jelly Beans
April 23rd National Cherry Cheesecake Day is something I can’t wait to celebrate with David and Charlie and I may make this for David.
National Picnic Day Lily has been wanting to have a Family Picnic. If we get out of Isolation I can set up a Picnic for us.
April 24 National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day I cant remember the last time we had these. I need to make some for David and Charlie. I just need Crescent Rolls and Mustard to dip them in.
April 25 Zucchini Bread Day this is one bread I haven’t ever had but I can’t wait to make some for Granny Sherry.
April 26 National Pretzel Day I need to make Pretzels for Debbie and David. First ask David about the night I went into Labor with Charlie and his waiting for a Pretzel he bought at the Mall.
April 27 National Prime Rib Day I wish I knew how to cook this instead of always going to the restaurant and wondering if they will have it or not.
April 28 National Blueberry Pie Day I think I will have Charlie make a Blueberry Pie for all David’s dad does to help us out.
April 29 National Shrimp Scampi Day Do you know anyone who eats Scampi? I don’t.
April 30 National Oatmeal Cookie Day and National Raisin Day. I think I will make David some Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. Do you like these cookies? Did you lever watch the California Raisin? My mom loved them.
