I would like to introduce you to a new book called The Lighten Up Book written by Allen Klein. I would like to let you know I received this new book in exchange for a review and before I share the review with you I would like to let you know all the information in this review is mine and mine aloe.

Before I hare my review with you I would like to ask you if you ever find yourself caring for everyone except for—well, you? It’s so easy to get caught up in the needs of others. This year, make sure you don’t forget about your needs.

The Lighten Up Book helps you create and maintain some good self-care habits, whether for healing, wellness, and just giving yourself a break once in a while.

The past couple months since my fathers passing I have been sinking further and further into a deep depression. No, matter what anyone does for my I am not happy.

Every little thing sets me off and I pick fights with the ones I love the most. I have also seen this with Charlie since we began Homeschooling him. I knew if I didn’t do something soon it would get worse.

I sat down the other day to read The Lighten Up Book and through these quotes I could feel my anxiety melting away. I have hope again and I know I can and will be able to get the things I need done and I don’t feel like I am sinking anymore.

I can’t wait to share The Lighten Up Book with Charlie because I found quotes in here which will help Charlie out as well. Along, with David who at times has felt the way Charlie and I have been feeling.

I like how the book is broken down into sections and it gives us words which Charlie and I can use in our Spelling class and also Language Arts as Charlie can look up the definitions building out his Grammer.

I could even see us using The Lighten Up Book in our Art class as we could pick out words from the book and draw how these words make us fell then we could write a story about our pictures.

All in all The Lighten Up Book is the perfect book for people of all ages men and women alike. If you haven’t had a chance to check out The Lighten Up Book I hope you do soon,
