I would like to share the perfect Valentines Day Gift for the men in our lives. The new Gift is from Culture Carton and they sent me a subscription box from the subscription called Culture Carton Standard. The thoughts in this review is mine and mine alone.
Inside my subscription box was a men’s tie created by Ocean Boulevard. The tie is black with white polka dots and would go perfectly with a black or grey tie.
The tie is the perfect length for me of all heights. Charlie even tried the tie out and it looked very nice on Charlie with a white button down shirt and black jeans.
You can wear the tie with dressy clothes as well as casual clothes. I liked knowing we wouldn’t have to tie the tie because none of us know how. The material is soft and easy to clean.
The next Gift inside my box was a pair of men’s socks from Barnaby. I thought they might be to small for David as he wears a size 11 1/2 shoe but they fit David perfectly.
Charlie also tried one of the socks on and he wears a size 6 in shoes and the socks fit Charlie perfectly. The other day I needed a pair of socks.I tried them on and they fit me nicely.
I liked the color of the socks and the design which was strips. The socks come from Barnaby and they go with both dressy and casual clothes alike. We can’t wait to order more of these socks.
The third gift I received was a cuff links which was silver and came in a round shape with pretty colors. These made the white shirt David had on pop.
Charlie tried the Cuff Links with a blue shirt he was wearing and they made the blue in the shirt pop. I could see the Cuff Links with a grey shirt and black jeans in place of a suit for a nice Valentines Day Dinner with your sweetie.
The fourth gift was a silver money clip in a cute design with lines that makes it stand out. Both Charlie and David wanted the money clip and I let David have it and will order Charlie one for Valentines.
The fifth gift was a novel called Fever Dream written by Samantha Schweblin. David doesn’t read much so Charlie and I sat down and thumbed through the book. I can’t wait to have time to sit down and read the entire novel.
Fever Dream is shortlisted for The Man Booker International Prize. David liked knowing the man in the book was named David. It’s suspenseful and full of intrigue and a book you will not be able to put down until you have finished reading the entire novel.
