I thought I would share a store from our children’s childhood closes. One of the stores was Toy’s R Us. I remember shopping there with Suzzane when she was little along with my nephew David.
David and I would take his children Leslie and Travis once we started dating. Along with David’s nieces and there friends. I would even get Gifts for David from Toy’s R Us.
Then Charlie came along and we shopped at Toy’s R Us for items for his nursery and clothes. Because they had clothes no, other stores carried. As Charlie grew we would get toys for Charlie here.
Every time we went to Toy’s R Us when Charlie was smaller he would head to the Thomas the Train section and climb inside the train they had for the children to sit in.
I wish when Toy’s R Us closed I would have been able to purchase this train because not only had Charlie been on the Train but all the other kids in my family including Lily and Jason.
Now there is rumors that Toy’s R Us is going to be opening there stores back up. Which I don’t know is true or not. But what I would like to know is are they going to bring Thomas the Train back if not what happened to him and why?
