I have a friend I have lunch with once a week when we have time to get together. Some of the time we have children with us. Then end up sitting at the table while we visit.
To keep this from happening and Debbie and I from always visiting the same restaurants I can’t wait to share this list for Family-Friendly Restaurants in Fort Worth with her.
I hope there is some places on here she will visit. If not then David and I can go in the evening and take Charlie. Or now that my sister and Alyssa will be blogging with me we can take the children.
The list I have for you is for Fort Worth if you want to check out Debbie and Alyssa’s blog they put together a list of restaurants in Dallas because Alyssa and David go there a lot.
Claimed to have “The Last True Chicken Sandwich,” Super Chix follows a simplistic style for chicken and prides itself on hand-cut fries and fresh vegetables that are delivered daily.
The restaurant also serves frozen custard, but be sure to check the flavor of the week. Besides the obvious health-conscious approach to food, Super Chix has an outdoor play area with a small play house, chalkboards and games painted on the concrete (such as hopscotch and Twister)—but only at the Richardson, Frisco and Fort Worth locations.

Charlie is one of the most pickiest people I have ever meet. He doesn’t like to try new Foods. Charlie only wants to eat Chicken. Knowing Super Chix has Chicken Sandwiches.
I might be able to get Charlie to try Super Chix out. Especially if I bring Lily and Jason. They could play while waiting for our order. For me even though I shouldn’t I can’t wait to try the hand-cut fries.
Of course, we know this is one of the best grocery stores, but did you know they have three locations with outdoor seating and a play area? After stocking up on groceries, grab some food at the cafe, and take the kiddos outside to eat and play.
The Plano, Fort Worth and Southlake locations all have playgrounds. All of them have picnic tables nearby as well as covered seating.

I thought I had been to Central Market before but finding out they have a playground I might not have been. Because I don’t remember this. As we purchase groceries this week though I will be checking Central Market out. Charlie could play while I’m shopping because he is big enough to be left alone.
Thank you,
