I thought I would share a Appetizer with you for A to Z Challenge Letter J Easy Jalapeno Poppers. I knew David and his mother Sherry would enjoy this appetizer.
I can’t eat Spicy foods so I will not be able to try the Easy Jalapeno Poppers but I can prepare them for Easter for David and I wonder if Charlie would try them out?
Easy Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients:
6 Jalapeno Peppers
2 ounces of cream cheese (1/3 of a brick)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Instructions:
Cut Jalapenos in half, remove seeds and stem.
Spread cream cheese on jalapeno halves.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
