I would like to talk to you about Sylvan Learning. Sylvan Learning had a booth at DFW Summer Camp Expo. My family attended a couple weeks ago.
When my daughter was alive she also had trouble with Math and Reading as well and also was BULLIED. My ex and I made the decision to remove her from Public School and Homeschool Suzzane.
As I was teaching Suzzane I saw how she was struggling with Math and Reading. My ex and I sat down and talked. We decided to have Suzzane tested at Sylvan Learning.
Once the results came in we knew we needed to enroll Suzzane into the Tutoring program at Sylvan Learning although we couldn’t afford the payment on our own. Neither was our credit to get Suzzane into classes she needed.
My family were BLESSED. My mother in law Katherine Co-Signed so we could enroll Suzzane into the Math and Reading program through Sylvan Learning. Within 6 months Suzzane was able to enroll into a Public High School.
In math and reading Suzzane was making B’s where before when in Public School SUzzane was making D’s and F’s. I know the change in her grades were from the help she received from Sylvan Learning.
I wish I could say Suzzane had completed the program at Sylvan Learning and was able to go onto College. Although Suzzane passed away before that happened. Suzzie didn’t even graduate High School.
Charlie is struggling with the same subjects Suzzie struggled with. If the Lord provides a way I will be enrolling Charlie into Sylvan Learning. I know that when Charlie gets into Middle School next year the more chances Charlie will fail. Or Charlie will end up frustrated and quit school like his sister and brother did.
I refuse to let that happen and somehow someway I know one day David and I will be enrolling Charlie into Sylvan Learning. Charlie will have all the tools he needs to go to College and to find a good paying job.
